Have you ever wondered what the KEYS to good health are? If you were to ask me this, I would say it is 2 crucial things. One is to nourish our bodies with the right fuel – using nourishing whole plant-based foods. The other essential key is this: moving our bodies and staying active

But do only structured 1-hour bouts of gym exercise 5 days a week count? No.  Of course, that’s great if you can do that, but for many of us, it’s not realistic or achievable. We’re dealing with busy schedules and physical health challenges, that give us little time and ability to move, even though we would like to!

So where can we start? By walking. In this episode, we’ll dig into the many ways walking and movement can benefit our bodies, and how to effectively do your walking to enjoy the MOST health benefits.
