Feeling tired, wiped out and exhausted was exactly how my guest Paul C. felt… that is, until he moved to a whole food plant-based diet along with an exercise regimen.
Within 4 months, he not only lost weight, and received doctor’s approval to drop certain medications, but also felt a real boost to his energy levels, and a desire to do more, even after a long day’s work. Tune into this episode below to find out more!
