That's because the more completely and quickly you move to a whole-food, plant-based diet, the faster you will tend to be able to reap the potentially powerful health benefits of a whole-food plant-based diet.

Choose Your Plant-Based Goal
Set an initial plant-based goal that you can strive to reach, after which you can reassess and determine if you want to go more completely plant-based. So right now, how fully do you want your diet to be plant-based? For some, this could be 60% plant-based, for others it can be 80% as a starting point. Knowing your initial plant-based goal will help you decide how quickly and realistically you can reach it.

Make it Sustainable
Deep down, you know yourself best and how you should approach this new way of eating in order to reach a sustained lifestyle change for long-term true health transformation. For some, they know they need a complete switch overnight in order to sustain this eating pattern long-term, while others find a more progressive transformation route to be the best for them.
