Are you tired of yo-yo dieting and want a change…a permanent one? My client Zohreh did. Over the years, Zohreh had struggled with her weight, despite trying a number of different ways to lose pounds, but the results never seemed to last. She also wanted to optimize her health given a strong family history of diabetes and heart attacks.
Then she decided to try a full plant-based diet. Having already been a vegetarian for years, she thought this diet transition would be easy. A month later after trying on her own though, she got frustrated as she wasn’t seeing much change to her weight. That’s when we started working together.
Through coaching support and a sustained lifestyle change, Zohreh began to enjoy an active plant-powered lifestyle. Then the benefits began showing in her body and blood work!
In this episode, we’ll hear about Zohreh’s background, her challenges before we met and how things have since changed. Some of the positive changes include weight loss, lower cholesterol, greater energy and a greater confidence in being able to stay weight stable, even after trips and holidays.
