Did someone say ‘hunger’? If so, I’m not surprised. I actually hear about frequent hunger being a challenge from many people making the transition from meats to plants. But just because this is quite a common issue doesn’t mean that a plant-based diet will automatically cause you to be constantly hungry

It just means that more likely than not, you’re not going about your diet transition the right way and being smart about what foods you’re putting on your plates. In fact, I don’t suffer from constant hunger, despite eating plant-based for many years, and neither do my clients and students when they have been taught how to build plant-powered plates.
